Money Auctions and Off-exchange Market.

Commission activity with securities presupposes buy and
sale of securities by the Company on its behalf by order and
at the other person expense. During 2002 the Company has
made 2603 commission contracts on total sum of 137 182 816,
00 hryvna.

of investment portfolio and clients assets management.
Formation of
investment portfolio presupposes financial service for all
persons wishing to put their free assets into Securities
market with desire for profit. There are two ways of
realization of investor intentions. One of them presupposes
that investor independently makes his investment decisions
and directly gives his instructions to broker. By the second
way investor entrusts to make contracts on the realization
of his (client) interests satisfaction to broker discretion.
