It possesses the License of State commission of securities and fund market with series AA № 241116 from 19.09.2002 to realization of professional activity on securities market, in particular: activity of securities issue and circulation, realization of securities holder depositor activity. The company is the member of Ukrainian association of Investment Business from April 2, 1998.

Authorized capital of the company constitutes 44 383 300, 00 hryvnas.

The aim of company formation is:

	Contribution to all-round development of Ukrainian economy, goods and market relations;
	Providing in Ukraine free economic relations, contribution to privatization process of state and municipal property, calling of foreign investments and investment in objects of property in Ukraine and outside
