Kiev branch of financial company “Dekra” is the subdivision of the company, which carries out elaboration and introduction of progressive informational, accounting and analytical technologies. The branch carries out works, connected with integration of separate accounting systems (accountant accounting, securities custodian and register accounting, accounting of back-office) into the united informational system.
   The questions of cooperation between the customers and company are solved here, methods are carried out, which let the customer to work with own shares, staying at the work place.
The chapter achieved some progress as: carrying out “CUSTODIAN” program providing, “FORMS”. These system have been checked by time and have already found the respect among the customers of our company.
   The perspective work of our chapter is to improve already existed systems and to carry out the new ones, which will satisfy customer and time demands.

Nikolaev branch of financial company “DEKRA” renders the securities custodian service to the customers. Its activity is realized on license company copy basis and according to Regulation about branch. Segregated subdivision is provided with accounting program complex, integrated to total accounting complex of custodian.

   This insignificant peculiarity give the possibility to all the customers of financial company “DEKRA” custodian to work with own shares independently at any desired place! Integrated accounting system makes possible the rendering of primary documents of carrying out by own securities account to any chapter of financial company “DEKRA” (Ivano-Frankovsk, Kiev, Nikolaev).
   The general point of development of company custodian – is to found the spread system of branches all over Ukraine. Nikolaev branch is the first one of this process.
